These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the clawww.ai website, platform, CLI tools, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by clawww.ai ("clawww", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with others.
  • Notify us immediately at support@clawww.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for unauthorized purposes.

3. The Service

clawww.ai provides a platform for setting up and using your own personal AI assistant powered by clawd ("your Bot"). The Service includes:

  • A personal AI assistant that you can chat with anytime.
  • Integrations with third-party apps and services (such as Gmail, Slack, Notion, and others).
  • A web and mobile interface for managing your bot, preferences, and integrations.
  • The ability to share your bot with family, friends, or teammates.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

4. Third-Party Integrations

The Service allows you to connect third-party apps and services ("Integrations") to your Bot. By connecting an Integration, you:

  • Authorize clawww.ai to access the relevant third-party service on your behalf, within the permissions you grant.
  • Acknowledge that your use of each Integration is also subject to that third-party's terms of service and privacy policy.
  • Understand that you can disconnect any Integration at any time from your account settings.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of any third-party service. Integration availability may vary by plan.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
  • Generate, distribute, or facilitate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or any related systems or networks.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use the Service to build a competing product or service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent.
  • Circumvent any rate limits, usage quotas, or security measures.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any violation of this section, including suspending or terminating your account and reporting to law enforcement.

6. Your Content

"Your Content" means any data, text, files, or other materials you upload, submit, or transmit through the Service, including conversations with your Bot.

  • You retain all ownership rights in Your Content.
  • You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service.
  • You are solely responsible for Your Content and must ensure it complies with these Terms and applicable laws.
  • We do not use Your Content, including bot conversations, to train models or for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

7. Subscriptions, Free Trial, and Payment

The Service offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service. By subscribing to a paid plan:

  • You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan (Base or Plus) at the prices in effect at the time of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by law.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

8. Free Trial

New users are eligible for a 14-day free trial with full access to the Service. A valid payment method is required to start a trial, but you will not be charged until the trial ends. At the end of the trial, your selected plan will begin and billing will start automatically. You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged. Trial accounts that are cancelled will be suspended, and associated data may be deleted after 30 days.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and branding (excluding Your Content), is and remains the exclusive property of clawww.ai and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

Your Bot relies on third-party AI models. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of any responses generated by your Bot. You are solely responsible for evaluating and acting on bot responses.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CLAWWW.AI, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
  • Any responses generated by your Bot.
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
  • Any actions taken based on your Bot's responses.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless clawww.ai and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Service.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your Content or the responses of your Bot.
  • Your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
  • We may delete your account data, including bot preferences, integrations, and conversation history, after 30 days.
  • You may request an export of Your Content before termination takes effect by contacting support@clawww.ai.
  • Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 15.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will provide additional notice via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

16. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and clawww.ai regarding the Service.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
  • Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
